June 14, 2010 – Mommy Tapped Out

aa
Mommy had a really tough time today and she was pretty upset. I guess it started when we went to my tumbling class this morning. I like some of the stuff they have to play with but I HATE having to wait, sit or follow any kind of directions. I really don’t like getting my feet dirty and once my shoes are on I don’t want to take them off! If you attempt to take them off or even succeed I will scream, kick and hit until you put them back on and I might even continue awhile longer. I Do Not want to sit down! Not here, or there, not in your lap not anywhere (unless we are at home then I will sit with you everywhere). I do not like running in between a row of cones for an obstacle course. It is much more fun to run and kick every cone and then do it again once Mommy picks them up. I do not like it when she tells me no and I throw a fit if she makes me stop. When I am crawling through the tunnel I want some privacy please. It is dark and there and I do not like to run into any other kids. If I’m in the tunnel stay out. I will sit in the middle and not let anyone go past. I like the parachute but if anyone tries to hide those gullible little kids under there I must rescue them by yanking the parachute off (even though they were hiding from the Big Bad Wolf playing a game). I will not run in a circle waving a streamer and dancing to music. My streamer gets all tangled up and I throw a fit because I Mommy can’t fix it quick enough. When that happens No, I do not want the teachers untangled streamer because it is not the one I started with. I don’t like trying to touch my toes or reach for the sky. I’d much rather go over and try to wake that baby sleeping in the stroller in the corner of the room. We did have some bars to jump over and I liked that for awhile but when I started picking them up Mommy stepped it and of course I threw a fit. Mommy was crying as we left (so embarrassed and feeling like a failure) but the best part was taking off and chasing the birdies on the way to the car. I love to chase birdies! Maybe I’ll give her a break and sit still at art class tomorrow…Nahh! Mommy taught me to make a funny face today… ddcc
Mom and Dad ate Someburros for dinner the other night. I love their rice! I also really like dips and really wanted to try the salsa. Mommy kept saying no and I kept throwing a fit. She finally gave it and let me have at it. It wasn’t really good but she sure loved the result (logical consequence).
