Birthday Party

Bloody Lip

This afternoon Mommy and I were playing in my castle and I was trying to climb up the pillows to the slide when I slipped. I hit my chin on the top and bit my lip. I cried a little but was really tough but it bleed a little bit and I smeared it all over. I’m having fun climbing on the back of the couch these days and it’s fun to climb on the ledge between the family room and dining room. Daddy went to hit golf balls tonight and he called on the phone and talked to me for a few minutes. Sometimes I like to talk on the phone but other times I just listen and won’t say a word.

I like to push my Harley down the stairs. Mommy can’t wait until the day I try riding it down them. Today I didn’t want to ride I just wanted it to come with me and kept saying, “Come one”.

Skinned Knees

I ran all around the park today. I kept tripping on the asphalt though so I got pretty bad skinned knees. We mad a tiger mask at daycare. I’m not really good at holding it the right way. I like to see the picture so I hold it up to my face backwards. It inspired Mommy to finally color the masks the Cherne’s sent. Hopefully I get the hang of holding them soon so Mommy can take some pictures. I have a lion, a pirate, a crab and a monkey (he’s my favorite).

 

 

 

Not Me Monday!

 

I’m learning A LOT of new words and am starting to put together 2 and 3 word phrases. I woul

d never start adding, “dadadideded” to the end of everything I say so that it sounds longer and more like when Mommy and Daddy talk. No, Not Me!

When I wake up in the morning or from nap I Do Not try and sneak out of bed as quietly as possible. If I tried to do that I would certainly get caught when the baby monitor alarm went off! I would not try again and again jumping back into bed every time it sounded. Nope, Not Me!

This afternoon I Did Not throw my juice across the room. When Mommy told me not to throw it I Did Not respond by saying, “It jumped” (remember I went through this phase with my cars). If that had happened Mommy would probably tell me again not to throw my juice. I would Never talk back again and tell Mommy, “(unintelligible) juice is jumping”  and it absolutely would Not happen again with me responding, “jumping- (unintelligible) juice-dadadided”. Nope, I wouldn’t say stuff like that. Not Me!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Well as you all might know I’m rather fond of picking my own food but this week when Mom went to the refrigerator I absolutely did not grab anything I could. On Thursday when  Mom was filling my juice I Did Not grab the blueberry container and accidently dump them all out on the floor. The floor is dirty so I absolutely would never think of eating them anyways and Mommy would never go grab the camera to snap a few shots. No Not Us!

 

Playgrounds

Daddy and Papa were all finished with the roof so we all went to the park. We were at the park with the overpass over the freeway so I got to go look at the cars. A big semi honked his horn for me and it was loud. We walked all the way across and discovered there is another park right on  the other side. Cool! Two parks so close together. The second park is similar to the first but they had some cool musical things built into the playground. When we got back to the first playground I made a friend named Dylan. We didn’t really play together but he shared his toys so I could dig in the dirt.
