New Year's Eve

We went bowling this morning. Mommy won the 1st game and Cassie won the 2nd. I ran around everywhere with Aunt Dawn. I even got to see back behind the alley where the pins and the balls go. The boys last game was interrupted when the lady turned the lane off and said we hadn't paid for that game (which was wrong). Don't visit Waveland Bowling in Chicago! We all left annoyed but really had a good time.

Mommy, Daddy and Johnny went to Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) while I was napping. It's the tallest building in North America. The 103rd floor has an observation deck and their new attraction is the Ledge boxes. They are glass boxes that protrude 4 feet over Wacker Drive. Mommy said it was kind of scary but really cool. See how you can see the city all around them (even below) in the picture above?

Everyone else said it was really cold but because the sides blocked the wind for me I was just having lots of fun running around in the snow. I through a fit when we quickly went back inside.

Can't tell in this picture but they have an excellent view of the downtown skyline. When we got inside Uncle John feed me my 1st hot chocolate and it even had marshmallows.

This morning Mommy, Daddy, Cassie, Johnny, and me all went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakquel. It was good but I got antsy near the end and Mommy had to keep feeding me bites of Fruit-by-the-Foot. Aunt Dawn took Mommy to the Architecture Society. They had a cool model of Chicago.

I got Aunt Dawn and Uncle John all to myself tonight while Mommy, Daddy, Cassie and Johnny went to a comedy club called Second City. They said it was really funny! Mommy and Daddy loved the date night away.

After eating an orange for breakfast I started running around with an orange on top of my head. Nobody new what I was up to but it was funny.

After Mommy and Daddy my most used word is Dawn. I must have called her a billion times this past week. I loved standing at the bottom of the stairs and yelling for her.

Chicago

This morning I ate a whole orange piece by piece and I even got to open more presents.

One of the presents I got was a Lightning McQueen beanie and gloves. This is the Cherne's new house (2nd on left)

I also got snow bibs so I can play outside.

We went to Soldier Field to go sledding.
