August 15, 2010 – Big Surf

On Saturday we went to Chris, Amy, and families house warming party. Chris and Amy are mother and daughter who used to work with Mommy and Amy still does. Amy is the one dancing with me. Her son Cody is all the way on the right. I had lots of fun running around everywhere. Cody has the coolest room with a huge airplane painted on the wall with a real propellar coming out. He even had a lizard that was really cool to watch. Chris’ husband had a lot of music equipment and I got to see them play up close. I even got to play the drums and little bit.
  Today we decided to go to Big Surf. I’ve never been to a real water park and Mommy thought we should go before it’s too late. Besides on Sundays Dad’s get in free! It was so much fun! I had to wear a life vest to go in the big wave pool but I didn’t even mind. I even went on some big kid water slides. I can’t wait to do that again!
    Grammy and Papa Ferry got to their new home in the Queen Creek area of the San Tan Valley tonight. They came by to say hi and had dinner with us. I got Grammy and Papa Ferry to get in the basket and the castle.
Check out my new digs! Chris and Amy got me this shirt when they were in California this summer. Daddy bought me the shorts when he was at Costco last week and Mommy just bought me these shoes today. I’m usually VERY picky about shoes and Mommy just left them on the table. I got insisted on putting them on and didn’t want to take them back off. Mommy just doesn’t get it but she is glad I like my new shoes.
