Heat

Dad was acting so goofy yesterday. Here is a picture of him riding my giraffe. Before my nap on Sunday we sat down and watched some of the Incredibles together.

Mommy was making a pile of laundry in the hallway. I decided to relocate it to the bathroom and then preceded to use it as a pillow for a quick nap.
Our heater broke so Grammie arrived early Monday morning to meet the repair man while Mommy and Daddy were at work. I got to stay home and hang out with Grammie all day. They fixed the heat but have to come back so I get to stay home with Grammie again tomorrow.

Christmas Decorations

This morning I put my stacking rings on my feet and walked around.
While I was napping Mommy set up some Christmas decorations and put up the tree. There are decorations everywhere! Thanks Aunt Dawn for giving us all the holiday decor.

Wow! She set up the tree but saved the ornaments for me.
I hung a few put really preferred taking them off and playing with them. Here is where I get made when I discover Mommy hung the Sesame Street car on the tree. I wasn't done playing with that one yet.
Mom and Dad bought me this on clearance after last Christmas so I saw it for the first time today. It's a singing Elmo stocking.
I discovered that dumping Jax's toys and throwing them around the family room is loads of fun.

I pulled the carpet cover over to the tile and used it to tap dance.

Black Friday...no shopping

I had really bad gas or something last night and kept mommy and daddy awake most of the night. When I woke up we had a yummy breakfast!
I sat and chilled with Grammie watching tv for a bitand then we went outside and walked all around the yard.
Papa took me walking too and I got to see the waterfall.
My great-grandma Donna came by and said hi. I was really sleepy and fell asleep on Grammie's lap.

I really like the big dogs and loved playing with Tigger who was such a good girl. I pretty much ignored the other dogs but called them all Jax. I cried when Uncle Jeff left and made him pick me up so I could give him a kiss. We had a fun Thanksgiving at grammie and papa's. Thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We woke up this morning and drove down to Tucson. We were going to leave last night but I was really fussy and Mommy didn't feel well. Since we were playing on leaving by bedtime anyway we just slept in our beds and headed out this morning a little before 8am. The drive was pretty boring and I feel asleep for about the last 40 minutes. When we got there Papa took me outside to play. He drove me all around the yard in a wheelbarrow. He even took me down all the stairs. It made mommy nervous but I had a lot of fun!
Grammie and Papa have a tree in their house. I thought it was fun to grab handfuls of dirt and throw it on the floor. Then Daddy would get out the vacuum to clean it up. Daddy taught me how to use the vacuum too.
I didn't want to miss anything and didn't want to nap so Papa laid down with me and we feel asleep but just for a little bit.
Grammie made a lot of food but most of mine ended up on the floor. I liked the ham, crescent rolls and mashed potatoes the best. Maybe next year we can do Thanksgiving at our house so Grammie doesn't have to work so hard cooking. They did a good job cleaning up and there were only a few things I tried to get into.
I feed Papa some green beans. I even tried putting one in his ear.
Papa got a motorcycle and he let me sit on it. He even started it and I got to hear and feel it run. It was fun but we don't like that Papa is riding it.
I had so much fun running around outside. Uncle Kenny and Barb came by to say hi. Papa was squirting me with a water gun.
I got to play in Grammie and Papa's big bath.
Uh oh...is it ok that I'm back here?

Swinging

I made a Thanksgiving card today at daycare. They also made me a turkey mask that I will not wear! Ms. Fanny snapped this shot of me at daycare today. There was a big Thanksgiving feast for lunch. A lot of the other kids parents came to celebrate with the teachers. It was at 11am and that's not when Mommy's break at work is so she couldn't come...maybe next time.
I've been working on being brave and learning to hold my hands up when I swing. Mommy and Daddy say they are preparing me for the amusement park rides when I get older.

Driving

Whenever mom unbuckles me from the car seat I instantly rush to drive and get in the drivers seat. I like turning the lights on, off and signaling. Mommy snapped this picture but she really keeps discouraging it.

I started a new daycare yesterday. It's called Bright Ideas. I walked right in and started playing but I cried when Mommy left. The teacher, Ms. Fanny says that I adjusted well and had a good day. Mommy watched through the window for a few minutes today to see how I was playing. She saw me running around in a circle with some other kids (chasing each other?) and I was totally content. I heard Ms. Fanny tell Mommy that she already learned I have a fake cry I try and use to get my way. I like it and I'm having fun playing with all the other kids my age. Mommy needs more time to form an opinion. Everyone seems very nice but you know mommy and she wants the very best for me.

Johnny's Last Day

I woke up early this morning and wanted to watch some tv.

We went to Walmart this morning to get a few things for my new daycare
I'm starting tomorrow (diapers, extra clothes, etc.). I was so good that Mommy and Daddy let me ride the Spiderman car twice and a plane ride once.

Mom and Dad put me down for a nap but I wasn't really tired. I messed around in my crib for about 40 minutes before finally falling asleep. When Mom came in to check on me she found the bumper astray, my socks on the floor and me crumpled in this position.

Johnny got back from camp today and we all went out to eat at Ganghis Grill. Afterwards we went into Dave-N-Busters for a few games. Johnny and I rode a motorcycle.

We played Wack-a-Mole and Mommy and Daddy shot some hoops (each won one game).
