Traffic Jam!
We drove Grandma Karen up to Sedona so she could see the pretty rocks. I was a really good boy in the car. I took a nap for most of the trip up there and even slept a little way on the back. I got sick all over on the way home. Mommy thinks I just got car sick because it was a winding part of the road and I Daddy had just started trying to let me watch a movie on Mommy’s I-Touch. There was a lot of traffic because it was a holiday weekend.
It was very pretty up there and I kept saying, “Look! Look!” I liked the mountains and driving up high. I pointed out a bunch of airplanes and helicopters. Mommy and Daddy say I have GREAT eyesight. Sometimes the plane was barely a speck in the sky. The first time I saw a helicopter I was just saying, “Look up high…Cop” “It’s a cop” “Cop up there”. Mommy didn’t know what I was saying and then she saw it. I’m putting together more and more words and I really like pointing and naming everything I know. The car ride consisted of lots of: “tree, bird, helicopter, plane, up high, car, truck, bike, motorcycle, walking, dog, baby, water, pretty, look, fast, orange (my favorite color apparently), what’s that? where going?”
Mommy actually got out from behind the camera for a couple of pictures.

That’s my Mommy and Daddy. I don’t remember this and don’t know why I wasn’t in the picture. I must have been napping in the car when they took this picture.
