May 12, 2010 – The Perfect Spot

Yesterday when Mommy came to pick me up we were coming in from the playground. Mommy thought it was so cute how I was holding the rope and walking along. Usually I let go and run towards Mommy when I see her but today I wouldn’t let go of the rope and just kept walking along. Mommy eventually had to pluck pry me from the rope when we got inside. That’s Amari in the front, Me, Sebastian, Zane, (unknown little new girl), Michael, and one of my teachers.

This morning I woke up early (5:20 am) and I was really tired. We hadn’t even had lunch yet so it wasn’t nap time. I just needed to lie down and this was the perfect spot. One of my teachers took this picture with her cell phone and was nice enough to send it to Mommy.
Tonight I was getting sleepy again. I just wanted to lie down and this was the perfect spot. I climbed up on the couch, pulled the blanket up over me and told Mommy and Daddy, “Night, Night”.
