It is Rawhide’s 40th birthday celebration so it was free this weekend. We decided to check it out today. It was crowded but still lots of fun. I got a new cowboy hat, a bandana, and a sheriff's badge (all free for every kid). We went out to lunch at Dilly’s Deli on the way home and then I had to take a nap. I wasn’t feeling well so I slept a long time (over 3 hours). Mommy came in to try and wake me up but I told her, “No, I’m sleeping Mommy. My eyes are trying to be closed” so she let me sleep a little longer. When I woke up I had a high fever and then shortly after broke out in hives. I got medicine and a bath which brought both down but they are keeping a close watch of me.
