Today Mom and I got Dad from work and then did a little Christmas shopping. We are pretty behind and still didn't accomplish much. We came home and I got to eat some dinner before we all headed out to see the Zoo Lights. For those of you not from the area our local zoo puts up 2.5 million lights around the zoo. All the animals are sleeping of course but the lights were pretty neat. They had a cool presentation where the lights were in time with the music (sorry my camera didn't get the sound). They also gave you 3-D glasses as you entered the zoo. If you've never seen Christmas lights through 3-D glasses I recommend it. It was pretty neat but leaving them on made it difficult to see when walking. CJ was REALLY tired but he had fun. We were lucky because we've had rain the past few days but we made it through the whole zoo nice and dry. Oh yeah our family also got some good news today and the workman's compensation lawyer for Mommies school offered us a settlement. Woo hoo! All my hospital bills will be paid and they will reimburse Mommy a little for some time missed from work. Mom put the 3-D glasses up to the camera for the last little bit. Sorry there is no music.
Besides the light show Mommy and Daddy really liked the palm trees.
