April 17, 2011–New House

Mommy and Daddy have been looking for a new house and they think they found the perfect one. They wrote an offer last Thursday and it was excepted. There is still some hoops to jump through before it will be for sure but we are all pretty excited. Here is the basic layout of the house. This is Mommy’s interpretation and not drawn to scale or anything. Just an example so you can see where everything is at.

This is the living room (looking back at the entrance of the house). P1330840-1P1330841P1330889This is the dining room. Try to ignore the ladder we had to place there after Daddy touched and broke the hanging light. After you walk in (living room to left and dining room straight ahead) you can go left into the kitchen.
This picture is looking back at the kitchen from the family room. The living room and dining room is what is directly through the opening to the right of the oven.

If you walk through the kitchen, through the family room and then make a left you will find the laundry room, a bathroom and a bedroom. This is the view looking back at the family room from this hallway. The bathroom is directly to the right and the laundry room and bedroom behind me. P1330887P1330881P1330885P1330886
The first shot is looking into bedroom and the 2nd shot is looking out of bedroom to laundry(where CJ is) and the family room in distance. This room is very thin but would make a nice office. There are two doors into the garage. One from this room and one from the laundry room.

This is the bathroom that falls between the family room and the laundry room. The bathrooms in this house are huge. This one has waterfall type sinks and a huge walk-in shower.

I love all the paint and how they accent one wall in just about every room. Below is the master bedroom (view from hall). The bathroom and closet are off to the right.

This is the master bath and a close-up of the tile work. The master bath has a door that exits out to the patio.

This is the master closet with large built-ins. The thing that looks like a ladder is a shoe rack.

This is the bathroom in the hallway across from the master and near the other 3 bedrooms.

This is 1st bedroom on the left and would probably be guest room.
P1330856
This is second bedroom on left and would be Colton’s room (the shelves could be used for his toys). P1330857P1330858This is bedroom at end of hall that would probably be the babies room.

These are pictures of the large side yard where we would eventually but a swing set, sandbox, play area for kids. We play to remove that shed.

The backyard has a HUGE diving pool and just beyond is a small grass area. The pool is surrounded by planters. P1330894P1330895P1330896P1330901P1330902P1330903P1330904P1330922-1P1330923-1
